Shania Twain is the Queen of country bop. Period. She is the biggest selling female artist in country-music history and, according to the RIAA is the only female artist in history to have three consecutive albums certified Diamond. Again, she is the queen.
Period.
It’s a fact she proudly (and again, rightfully) claims proclaims on her sixth studio album Queen of Me.

Released on 3 February, the 12 track album is filled with anthems like Queen of Me, Brand New and the fabulously explicit Pretty Liar. Not Just a Girl, which was featured in her 2022 Netflix Documentary Not Just a Girl (The Highlights) is also a pretty spectacular song as is most of the album. It’s one of those put it on and let it play all the way through kind of records and let it shape the next thirty-six minutes and twenty-seconds of your life because there’s not a bad song in the batch.
Not one a single one.
As a child in the 90s I grew up her early hits, and while I still love them, Queen of Me really is the best of everything she’s ever recorded.
Shania kicks off the Queen of Me Tour in April. Dates below. Get tickets if you can, I’m sure it will be fabulous!

More music soon so…
Stay Tuned.
