When I first started developing My Super Fiancé, one of my biggest goals was to make the series feel global. Prism City may exist somewhere between superheroes, BL romance, and neon-drenched fantasy, but the emotions behind it are universal. That’s why creating a multilingual original soundtrack became such an important part of the project. While the primary language of the series is English, the soundtrack has steadily expanded with the Spanish-language 「We Are Magic」, the Thai pop track 「Love Chaos」, and now, stepping into entirely new territory, the Korean single 「진짜 나」 (English: Real Me).

Interestingly, 「Real Me」 actually predates My Super Fiancé by several years. I originally wrote and recorded the song for a completely different project that never moved forward, though the track itself was still officially released. Despite that, it remained one of my personal favorites. There was always something emotionally raw about it that made me want to eventually revisit it when the right opportunity came along.

That opportunity arrived through Korean vocalist Tae Cho, who completely transformed the song with an emotional and beautifully layered performance that feels right at home in the world of modern K-pop. His version gives the track a new sense of identity while still preserving the vulnerability and heart of the original recording.

Set for worldwide release on May 15, 「진짜 나」 will be available through all major digital music platforms. Audiophile service QoBuz will also offer the track as a 16-Bit/44.1 kHz stereo download in formats including FLAC, WAV, and Apple Lossless for listeners who want every shimmering synth and emotional vocal run in crystal clarity.

There will be more soon so…
