Happy Monday! Here’s some music news to start your day off with a grove!

2023 is looking like it’s going to be a big year for Travis Japan! The newest group to debut under the legendary Johnny & Associates they were created to be something different, a new type of group for the powerhouse of Japanese entertainment. Something the world of JPOP had never seen before. Something that would make history.

And they have.

Their debut single, “JUST DANCE!” Launched in the top 5 on Global Excl. U.S.Billboard Charts!

Now with their second single, “Moving Pieces” – they’re ready to do it again!

Produced by Poo Bear (Justin Bieber’s “What Do You Mean?,” Ed Sheeran’s “I Don’t Care,” Usher’s “Caught Up,” and more), the song captures the individuality of Travis Japan’s seven members while at the same time showcasing just how in sync the guys are as a group.

The video was choreographed by Travis Payne, whose vast body of work includes Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” tour and Lady Gaga’s “The Monster Ball Tour.” Payne was instrumental in the group’s formation with Johnny Kitagawa when they were still just kids with a dream.

“Moving Pieces” will also be the title of the group’s forthcoming EP, which will be dropping late next month.

“It is a song that captures the dynamic future of Travis Japan and invites people everywhere to gather and just have fun,” Travis Japan’s group leader Chaka said in an official statement. “It was produced by Poo Bear, who we recorded with in person in Miami, and choreographed by one of our two so-called “birth fathers”: the incomparable Travis Payne. We hope that everyone will give it a listen and get excited for our upcoming EP as well!”
