Ren Meguro’s Fantasy Epic “My Happy Marriage” Will be released in theaters on 17 March 2023. Based on the light novel Watashi no Shiawasena Kekkon by Akumi Agitogi is a take on Cinderella and tells the story of Miyo (Imada Mio), a quiet young woman who has learned to keep her head down and her mouth shut. Her stepmother aranges her marriage to Kudo Kiyoka (Meguro), a military captain rumored to be so cruel that he has driven away every one of his potential wives so far.
Snow Man will be providing the film’s theme “Tapestry” which can be heard in the trailer.
