JPOP superstar Raul, of Japan’s hottest music group Snow Man, has made an annual spectacle of performing at the Tokyo Girls Collection fashion shows. Since I started following the group, these events have been a highlight of mine. I love watching him free to explore this side of his creativity  – and this year, the  blonde (again) bombshell out did himself with the theme of artificial intelligence. 

Opening with a video that shows him being arrested due to being more fabulous than The Queen, he’s assisted by sisters, who appear to be just as big of fans of his as I am. Together the sisters help free him and assume artificial identities through various AI generated personas.  

When the video ended, the real Raul stepped out onto the stage to thunderous applause. Walking the runway like he owns it, his body starts to twitch and jerk in and jive in ways that causes some of the fans to lose their minds. As they scream his name, Raul remains focused on the task at hand. 

Giving up control, he becomes one with the music. A slave to the technotronic sound his body moves in ways that just isn’t possible for most of us mere mortals. He’s just incredible to watch. 

Another rousing success, I cannot WAIT to see what he comes up with next!
