LYKN are one of my favorite Thai pop groups. Since their debut digital release 「May I」 in 2023, I’ve purchased every single and watched every music video they’ve released.

Now, they’ve dropped the Japanese version of their debut album DUSK & DAWN and, naturally, I headed straight to Tower Records Shibuya to pick it up. To my surprise (and delight), the Japanese version of their hit 「Charm」 was blasting over the loudspeakers.

This edition includes all 12 original tracks, along with two Japanese-language versions exclusive to this release: The aforementioned「Charm」 and 「No Worries」. The deluxe version also includes the Japanese music videos and “making-of” features for both tracks.

LYKN are genuinely fantastic, and with their sophomore album slated for release later this year, I’m excited to see where they go next.
