Anyone who knows me knows that I am, and always have been, a huge fan of singer Tiffany. I played her cover of Tommy James and the Shondells’ ｢I Think We’re Alone Now｣ so many times that even the faintest hum of it is enough to send my father into a rage where he starts throwing things at me.

So when I began making music of my own, it felt only natural to revisit her work. Over the years, I’ve covered several of her tracks, including ｢You and Me｣, one of her contributions to the 1990 animated feature Jetsons: The Movie, in which she also voiced Judy Jetson.

While a version of the track appeared on my 2020 album Star Stealer, one of the song’s original writers, Steven McClintock, has now remixed the track, even contributing new backing vocals, to reimagine it for my bright new era.

This updated version leans into a lush, synth-driven soundscape, blending nostalgia with a cinematic, modern polish, and a hint of rock which makes it perfectly setting the tone for the upcoming original soundtrack to my series My Super Fiancé.

I am beyond honored and thrilled with how this version has come together, and I cannot wait for everyone to hear it.

｢You + Me｣ drops April 10 (the day after my birthday) and will be available on all streaming and digital download platforms worldwide.
