SixTONES are a group that thrives on chaos and refuses to stand still long enough to let the dust settle on their sound. Just one week after unveiling 「一秒」 (One Instant), the Nippon Television Network’s athlete support song for the 2026 Winter Olympics, they return with 「Rebellion」, the second half of their third double A-side release and their 17th single overall.

And in typical SixTONES fashion, it’s a f*cking bop.

Threading classical instrumentation into their signature pop-rock sound, SixTONES stitch together a dense and vibrant, high-impact soundscape of perfectly curated chaos. It’s ferocious yet disciplined, balancing sonic anarchy with hard-earned confidence and the rough-edged shine that Jesse, Taiga Kyomoto, Hokuto Matsumura, Yugo Kochi, Shintaro Morimoto, and Juri Tanaka have become known for.

In the music video, staged within a sterile art gallery, the members are presented as objects of voyeuristic attention, specimens scrutinized by patrons, cameras, and us, their fans. It’s a sharply self-aware concept, positioning them as pristine perfection under a microscope until they erupt and tear the exhibition apart.

Set for release on March 13, the physical edition of 一秒 / Rebellion will also include four Rokunin (full-group) versions of the previously released unit tracks 「Makka na Uso」, 「La-La-La-Love Story」, 「EXTRA VIP」, and 「Kibou no Uta」, along with a Britpop rearrangement of their 16th single 「Stargaze」 and two new songs, 「Bring The Bass」 and 「Flower Cloud」!

With multiple tracks already available on streaming / download platforms worldwide, hopefully those same options will be announced for 「一秒 / Rebellion」 – and other tracks – soon.

So..

Stay Tuned!
