As 2024 winds down, RISER MUSIC, a record label under GMMTV, is setting the stage for an electrifying start to 2025 with the debut of their newest boy group: PROJECT JASP.ER. This dynamic foursome—Joong Archen, Aou Thanaboon, Santa Pongsapak, and Pond Naravit have already captured our hearts in some of the the most popular series in BL history (Fish Upon the Sky staring Pond, ViceVersa featuring Aou, and Hidden Agenda starring Joong are three of my favorite comfit shows while Santa is featured in Between Us – a midquel to Until We Meet Again) and now their set to set those hearts on fire with their music.
Their debut single, “แรงอีกนิด (SADISTIC)”, is a fiery, high-energy anthem that dives into the irresistible allure of sensual pain. It’s clear the group has poured their souls into this project, with countless hours spent honing their vocals and perfecting their choreography. The result? An explosive debut track that’s as addictive as it is seductive.
From Joong’s sultry high notes to Pond’s swoon-worthy growl are perfect bookends encasing Wu and Santa’s movements and sound.
As I stated, I am a huge fan of these guys already through their work in BL series so I can’t wait to see what they do next!
