The BL ship of Tawan Vihokratana (Tay) and Thitipoom Techa-apaikhun (New) is one of the pillars of GMMTV. The couple was first introduced in 2016’s Kiss the Series, with their storyline growing more prominent in the 2018 sequel Kiss Me Again and finally into their first official series, Dark Blue Kiss, in 2019.

After their incredibly successful adaptation of the popular Japanese BL Cherry Magic, the guys are back with Peaceful Property – an original series written and directed by Jarupat Kannula (Dome). The series also stars Ployshompoo Supasap (Jan) and Tanapon Sukumpantanasan (Perth), as well as Worranit Thawornwong (Mook).

👻A SPOILED RICH BOY AND A GIFTED CHEF WALK INTO A HAUNTED HOUSE…👻

Home (New) is a spoiled little rich boy living in America who gets word – in the middle of a Halloween party – that his grandfather has died. Tay plays Peach, a gifted chef whose life is turned upside down after an accident, and he gains the ability to see ghosts.

Home returns to Thailand to discover his grandfather has left him a 12-property inheritance. His goal is to sell all of them and return to America. Assisting him is the no-nonsense attorney Kan (Mook), who is immediately tired of his spoiled-brat antics.

However, after Peach’s sister Pangpang (Jan) films her brother interacting with a vengeful ghost in the home of his friend Best (Perth), things get complicated. The property is one of Home’s, and now that the video has gone viral, all of his properties are under scrutiny.

Though initially afraid of his gift, Peach starts to embrace his power and eventually is able to help the ghost find peace and crossover into the next life. Home decides to hire him to help him with the rest of his properties, which, in the end, would help Peach achieve his own dream of owning a home.

💀🕷️FINAL FIRST THOUGHTS☠️🕸️

Though there were a few slow moments in the episode, for the most part, it was incredibly enjoyable. I loved hearing New speak English, and watching Tay be the meek one after playing such strong characters like Pete (Dark Blue Kiss) and Karan (Cherry Magic); it’s nice to see him be soft and scared. Jan – as always – is an effervescent delight, and along with Mook, absolutely steals the show.

The series will air on GMM 25 and ViuTV in Thailand and will be available on the official GMMTV YouTube channel for international viewing.
