There is a reason why Tawan Vihokratana (Tay) and Thitipoom Techa-apaikhun (New) are the kings of light-hearted Thai BL drama. Their chemistry is straight-up fire! Hot on the heels of their adorable adaptation of the Japanese super hit Cherry Magic, the two are back with an original romantic comedy, Peaceful Property (บ้านหลอน On Sale), also known as Haunted House on Sale. Today, they released the music video for the series’ theme song, ‘ผีหยอก’ (‘Haunted House’).

The video is everything you’d want from a TayNew production – fun, funny, and 100% adorable! The song is also incredibly catchy.”

The series, which premieres on August 28, was written and directed by Jarupat Kannula (Dome) – the mastermind behind one of my personal favorites from GMMTV, ‘The Gifted’.

Tawan stars as Peach, a gifted chef whose life is turned upside down after an accident, and he gains the ability to see ghosts. New (Thitipoom Techa-apaikhun) is a spoiled influencer who returns to Thailand only to receive his inheritance, which just happens to be a haunted property. After Peach’s own influencer sister catches him talking to a ghost at at a party at Home’s open house party (which he’s trying to sell) it goes viral – which causes problems, since he’s trying to sell the property.

Peaceful Property also stars Ployshompoo Supasap (Jan) as Peach’s sister Pangpang, Tanapon Sukumpantanasan (Perth), as Peach’s friend Best, and Worranit Thawornwong (Mook) as Kan. The series will air on GMM 25 and ViuTV in Thailand and will be available on the official GMMTV YouTube channel for international viewing.
