Kento Nakajima, a solo talent represented by STARTO ENTERTAINMENT has released his first official global single as part of the special unit GEMN, “ファタール -” (English: “Fatal”)!

The theme to the second season of the popular anime Oshi no Ko, “ファタール -” is a pop-rock track with a hard-hitting beat accentuated by Nakajima’s sensual vocals. When paired with those of Tatsuya Kitani, it is pure sonic splendor!
A supernatural mystery set in the world of idols, and the shadows lurking just beyond the ring of the spotlights’ shine, is a world Nakajima – one of Japan’s most popular male idols – is familiar with.
“The day I first watched Oshi no Ko and how it portrays the world of the idols, I was hooked. I have always admired and longed for someone, continuing to think, ‘I want to be number one,'” he says of the series. “Even now. Ai taught me what perfection and the ultimate mean, and I think ‘Fatal‘ is the story of a shadow that longed for the light.”
Nakajima was chosen to be a part of GEMN along with Kitani, a singer-songwriter and bassist for the band sajou no hana.
“When Tatsuya Kitani and I shared our life histories with each other, we found many resonating points,” Nakajima says of the twos parking. “I am proud that we created this song together and of the birth of GEMN.”
Premiering on 3 July Oshi no Ko has been licenced in North America by Sentai Filmworks and will simulcast on Hidive.
More Kento Nakajima soon so…
