I love the duality of Snow Man. One minute, they’re hot as fire, melting our hearts with their smoldering good looks and sexy dance moves, and then the next, they are winning us over with their innocent smiles and gentle-hearted romantic gestures.  It is my humble opinion that all nine are the personifications of that “Get You A Man Who Can Do Both” meme.

Their newest music video, “You Are Mine” (“君は僕のもの”) is the latter.

With a softer, sweeter, more sugar-pop sound, group member Shota Watanabe opens the video like an IG live and reveals the group has rented a house together, and you, as the viewer, are their special guest.

Set against the idyllic backdrop of a beautiful beach, the music video captures the group’s playful side. We witness them engaging in various activities, from barbequing to dancing by the ocean, all while basking in the joy of youthful, romantic energy.

The video perfectly blends laughter and romance, making ‘You Are Mine’ an ideal theme song for the new TV Asahi romantic-comedy drama series, Aoshima-kun wa Ijiwaru (starring Watanabe).

The second release of their 11th double-A side single is a stark contrast to the heat of BREAKOUT – the first – which featured a hard-rock sound and the group’s signature sexy footwork.

You can pre-order BREAKOUT/Kimi wa Boku no Mono wherever Japanese music and movies are sold, including CD Japan.

More Snow Man soon…

So Stay Tuned!!
