MAME (Orawan Vichayawannakul) is one of the industry’s most prolific Boys Love writers. TharnType, Don’t Say No, Love in the Air, Wedding Plan, and the upcoming The Boy Next World. In her newest series to premiere, Love Sea, MAME reunited Love in the Air actors Fort (Thitipong Sangngey) and Peat (Wasuthorn Chaijindar). She also served as one of the directors.

Tongrak (Peat) writes romance novels. His editor, Conner (Kevin Tray), sends him to a southern island to get him in the right mindset. There, he meets Mahasamut (Fort), a handsome worker with whom he immediately locks horns. However, the more time they spend together, the more Tongrak starts to find himself hooked.
One of the things MAME does very well is the enemies-to-lovers tropes, but there is something different about this one. Tongrak is more confident than Sky (Love in the Air) and a lot more naughty. Mahasamut is smug but not overly annoying. He’s also one of the most adorable guys in the game!
The story might be a derivative of her previous works, but that doesn’t mean it’s terrible. Currently airing on GMM 25 in Thailand, the series is available to stream on Sundays on the iQiyi app.
There will be more BL dramas soon…
