Ae! group is about to have an one hell of a year! The first group to debut under STARTO ENTERTAINMENT their debut single ｢《A》BEGINNING｣ has already crossed 2 MILLION views! Also, the group has just announced they will be getting their own Netflix Documentary series: BORDERLESS.

Narrated by Daigo Nishihata of Naniwa Danshi – another popular J-POP group from the Kansai region – the five-episode docu-series will reveal the journey the group has taken to reach this point in their career. The challenges, the accomplishments, the mistakes; it will also explore the personal development of each of Ae! group’s five members.

While international air dates are pending confirmation, the series, which is a Netflix Original will launch in Japan 14 May. It is also worth noting that this series is different from the episodes the group is featured in on the popular docu-series Ride On Time. This time, the entire series is all about them. 

And if you thought that was all, brace yourself: the physical release of《A》BEGINNING is set to hit the shelves on 15 May, available at all major Japanese CD stores. Offering a diverse range of three different formats, each disc is a treasure trove of unique songs and exclusive behind-the-scenes video content, promising a comprehensive and immersive experience. Next month, the group will also be embarking on the AE! GROUP DEBUT TOUR THE WORLD’S BEST AELIVE!
