Demons cannot kill the living. Nor can they bring the dead back to life. Doing so ends their existence. When Gu-Won resurrected Do-He, he signed his own death warrant.

The clocks stop. Bok-Kyu and Ga-Young are inconsolable. Stunned, Ms. Shin doesn’t know what to say and Seok-Hoon rushes to comfort his friend. Even God sheds a tear for her frienemy. the only one who isn’t upset is Suk-Min. He believes he has won, and in a way… he has.
Broken and in shock, Do-He loses all connection to reality. She no longer wants to remain in a world without her husband. Even when he wasn’t with her, she could feel him. Now there’s nothing. However, she will not allow herself to die. That would mean Gu-Won ended his own life in vain.
Instead, on Christmas, she goes to the sea, where Gu-Won first realizes she had his tattoo. Watching the waves, she asks for a deal to be made. She wants him back. Standing on the flock tower, God hears her wish.
The clocks restart.
Time, however, slows to a stop. Realizing this, Do-He opens her eyes to see her husband standing in front of her. Time regains speed. Confused, but elated, she embraces him. A Christmas miracle fulfilled, because of the deal Gu-Won made with God all those weeks ago.
Back in their apartment, Do-He asks Gu-Won to tell her about the deal he made with her parents. He made the deal with her father, to save the life of both his wife and unborn daughter. Do-He realizes he’s been saving since before she was born – and in her previous life. everyone is overjoyed to see Gu0Won back, including Seok-Hoon who can’t stop hugging the demon.
Upon hearing that Do-He will become chairman of The Mirae group, Soo-An resorts to graveling before her adopted sister. She even offers up her children as successors to her. Though she kicks her out of her office, the visit does remind her there is one other family member left, Suk-Min, in prison.
After revealing that the only thing he managed to destroy was himself, Do-He leaves him with madness. haunted by the spirit of his mother, Suk-Min loses the last shred of his sanity. Finding a photo of herself with Do-Kyung, happier memories cause Se-Ra to burst into tears.
Before leaving for England, Ga-Young stirs by her old home. She ends up saving a little girl from her abusive father. Though she misses her flight, she ends up becoming exactly who the little girl needs. She decides to stay in South Korea.
Se-Ra visits Do-He. She’s resigning from the board of the Mirae group to start a center for abused children and spouses. Do-He offers to help in any way she can. Deciding she no longer wants to live in the shadows, Ms. Shin FINALLY reveals she and Bok-Kyu are in a relationship – which everyone already knows and was tired of playing dumb about.
Four months later, Do-He walks into a board meeting to sit next to Soo-An, who has turned to Christ, to repent her sins – and lose weight. Seok-Hoon is the new chairperson.
Though the lives of Do-He and her demon husband is far from perfect, they love one another.

Final Thoughts: Was this series deep and life-changing? No. However, it was fun, which is all I wanted it to be. Plus, the OST SLAPS!
