Ten is jealous of Chef Chang Ma and he makes that point incredibly clear when he invites himself along with the check and Prem to the supermarket to look for ingredients for the audition piece. While shopping he’s cold and annoying towards the chef, until finally Prem asks him to go and wait for him somewhere else. He will call him as soon as he’s done. Reluctantly, Ten agrees. However, it is revealed that his thoughts were correct, the famous chef is very much interested in the cute little novice chef. But, Prem’s feelings belong to Ten, which he also makes perfectly clear in a very adorable (and playfully flirtatious) scene in a 24-hour cafe.

The two then try to find a private place to make out. They first find a private corner in a library but are kicked out for making too much noise. They then hide behind an oversized sign, but it is moved. Finally, they make their way to the back seat of Ten’s car, but it’s not parked in a private place so they decide to finally wait until they can find a more discreet location. However, it is decided that they will continue on their romantic adventure together.

Jane reveals to Fire that she is dating a girl named Bell, so the two of them cannot hang out as much as they have been. She also tells him he needs to sort out his feelings. She knows he’s into Dynamite, but she also knows he’s worried about his mother.

Knowing they’re dating, Ten’s father pays a visit to Prem’s grandmother and asks for her help in getting the two to stop seeing one another so Ten can focus on his studies. Instead, Prem’s grandmother tells him to keep seeing the young doctor, but not help with his studies, and not be a hindrance to them.

Confused, and lost in his own thoughts, Dynamite drinks himself stupid. He tries to call Ten, but he doesn’t answer, and then Metha, but he’s on another line, then he accidentally calls Dynamite, who does answer and shows up to him. While lecturing him brought bringing liquor into the library, Fire kisses him to shut him up. He starts to confess but passes out before he can do so.

Fire is too drunk to go anywhere, so Dynamite stays behind to make sure he doesn’t vomit in the library or get arrested for public urination. While he’s helping him, Fire pulls him close, telling him he wants him by his side before kissing his forehead.

Prem witnesses an explosive fight between Ten and his father. The fight ends with the elder smacking his son across the face, which Prem also sees. Hearing the hurtful things Ten’s father said to him, Prem thinks it’s best for them to break up. Even though he’s never been happier, he doesn’t want to ruin Ten’s future. All Ten can do is hug him. They decide to take some time apart only so Ten can show him that his love is not a burden, and that he’s better when they’re together.

The next morning, Fire wakes up, sober but very confused. Dynamite remains by his side, but when he tries to tell him the truth about what happened, Fire doesn’t believe him. Rather than fight with him, Dynamite tells him he made the whole thing up, and then he leaves, heartbroken.

Quick Take: Every episode of this series just gets better and better. The pacing is great, the characters are wonderful, and it’s an absolute joy to watch every week!
