As the Christmas holiday approaches, Do-He is having major anxieties about the future she has with Gu-Won. She’s happy and that worries her. She’s afraid that happiness will be ripped away from her like it was when her parents died, or Madam Ju. She doesn’t want to lose Gu-Won too.
Trapped in a nightmare, Gu-Won knows he can’t really bring back her loved ones, but he can alter her dreams so she can enjoy the happiness she should have had all along. When she wakes up, she finds Gu-Won trying to untangle the lights of a Christmas tree (without his powers). The two have fallen into married bliss (and it’s adorable).

After losing her one and only son, Do-Kyung, Se-Ra is trapped in a nightmare of her own making. She blames herself for his suicide (as she should, it’s her fault).
Da-Jeong and Bok-Kyu are also in the thralls of the bliss of new love while Ga-Young, knowing that she will never be with Gu-Won and that her feelings could hurt him, decides to leave Korea, and Soo-An loses another tutor due to the fact that her children are little monsters. Suk-Min calls his family, including Do-He, and invites everyone to dinner so that they can console one another about the death of Do-Kyung.
Gu-Won is forced to make a deal with a criminal when he starts to spontaneously combust. However, he has a strict criteria now, where he refuses to make deals with good people.
After contemplating her own suicide, Se-Ra does some digging. She finds the Demon manual. However, she’s discovered by Suk-Min, who is more than a little furious. Though, she does join them for dinner, where Gu-Won notices the wound on her wrists (she’s been scratching herself).

The dinner was a ploy by Suk-Min to get his family together so he could ask them to transfer their shares of the company directly to him so that he could avoid the scrutiny of the other shareholders. Seok-Hoon immediately refuses and a furious, Do-He leaves the dinner, followed shortly after by Se-Ra who promises to give it some thought. However, Suk-Min makes a promise that his “kindness” ends once the dinner is complete.
The next day he keeps his promise when he has Seok-Hoon dismissed as CEO of Mirae Investments. He then has Sa-Ra committed. Confronting her adopted brother face to face, Do-He realizes that the one behind all the darkness. He then reveals that Madam Ju was behind the death of her parents.
Gu-Won visits Sa-Ra. He asks her point blank if she’s seen his book. She lies. Seeing her bruises, he asks her if Suk-Min is the cause. Again, she lies. Suk-Min offers his proof to Do-He that his mother killed her parents in the form of an audio recording. She fights him. He tries to kill her.
Sa-Ra rushes to reveal everything to Gu-Won, including the fact that Suk-Min killed his mother, and their son, and made multiple attempts to kill Do-He.
Quick Take: Sa-Ra has (slightly) redeemed herself. Slightly. I hope Suk-Min burns in hell. FOREVER.
More MY DEMON soon so…
