Tian decides to tag along with Dr. Nam into town. While they are eating they notice one of the thugs who Tian started trouble with for cheating the villagers, along with the boss. However, instead of causing trouble, the two buy the doctor and teacher lunch. Though their kindness acts as a sugar-coated warning.

After getting a call from Tul (Nawat Phumphothingam, White), who is coming to meet him, Tian decides not to return with Dr. Nam to the village – an act that irritates Phua. As they drink, Dr. Nam gives the chief some romantic advice, including speaking nicely to Tian, learning to pamper him, and taking him around to see more of the beautiful surroundings and (most importantly) make a move. He’s over 30, he can’t just stand on the sidelines forever.
As the two friends catch up, Tian confesses his feelings for Phua. But he’s conflicted. He doesn’t know if the feelings are coming because the heart inside of him belongs to Torfun, or if he’s actually gay. Tul doesn’t think that Tian’s feelings have anything to do with the fact that Torfun’s heart is inside of him and everything to do with who he is and always has been, as himself. But Tian isn’t sure of Phua’s feelings. So, Tul tells him to make the first move.
When Tian gets up to use the restroom, the thugs from the mountain follow him and start a fight. Luckily, Tul is there to help him and the two can rush to safety.
The next day, Tian is surprised to find Phua is the one to pick him up. Following the good doctor’s advice, Phua speaks softly, shows him around, and pampers him. However, he’s unable to muster the courage to finally make a move, even though Tian clearly wants him to. So instead, he asks him to help him make kites for the children at school the next day.
When Phua and the ranges arrive to help create the kites, they watch Tian interact with the children. He’s done far better than anyone thought he would and the children love him. Once the kites are ready, they take them outside and everyone has an incredible time. It’s a sweet and serene scene until suddenly Tian stops. Looking at Phua he smiles, then he collapses.

Quick Take: Phua’s feelings for Tian are made abundantly clear in this episode.
