Big News for Hey! Say! JUMP Fans! The adorable (and talented) Yuto Nakajima is featured on the 2023 poster for the New York Asian Film Festival! The poster features a scene from Nakajima’s 2023 thriller Manhole which also streamed at the Berlin Film Festival earlier this year.

About the Film:

Shunsuke Kawamura (Nakajima) is the suit and tie type, working for a real estate company. He’s good at his job, respected by his colleagues and boss – and he’s about to marry the daughter of the CEO of his company. He’s got a great life. On the day before his wedding, his colleagues throw a surprise party for him. He drinks, he laughs, and again life is good. Until, on the way home, he stumbles, falling into a deep manhole from which there is seemingly no escape. Using social media as a resource to get help, something snaps in Kawamura – is from the societal downfall caused by social media? His nerves about the wedding? Or could it just be the result of poisonous gases rising from the sewers?

About the Festival:
